Anchoring Out on Georgian Bay

Boating equals friends equals socializing. On the weekends you will never find the Bay Dreamer in her slip in the marina. When we arrive at the marina on Friday evenings, we leave immediately and head for a protected bay to anchor for the weekend. We always get together with other boaters who also drop an anchor parallel to our boat and then we tie the boats together to form a raft. Then we can all walk and climb between the boats to visit, share meals, and of course partake in liquid refreshments.
